We did the lagoon safari with our guide rishi! It was a very nice experience en we saw a lot of animals! We did it at 5:30 in the morning and that was very nice because it was a nice temperture and it was so calm en quiet on the water. Rishi was also a very nice and funny guide! He really had the time for us and could tell us everything about the animals. We had a really nice time!

The Lagoon trip itself was great, it was very picturesque and peaceful and we got to see a good selection of wildlife including Eagles, cormorants, bats, and a kingfisher. But seeing Elephants crossing the lagoon was definitely a highlight. Would definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes après-midi lors des safaris au lagon de pottuvil et au parc de Kumana. Rishi est adorable, il vous raconte des anecdotes sur les animaux et répond à toutes vos questions. Il fait également en sorte que vous voyez le plus d’animaux possible, nous avons eu la chance de voir 2 léopards, des éléphants, des mangoustes, de nombreux buffles, crocodiles, daims et oiseaux. Nous recommandons vraiment ces activités en sa compagnie.

We did the tour in the morning. It was wonderful to be out in the lagoon at sunrise. We saw elephants and lots of birds and then we drove to a beautiful beach. Hanas is such a friendly and warm guy, he knows an incredible amount about the area, the animals, the culture. We had a great time and on the way back we even made a little detour to see crocodiles. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone!

Kon zeer goed engels, maakte af en toe wat grapjes en heeft ons zelfs van leuke foto’s en video’s voorzien.
