By booking a tour, activity, or service with Arugambay Agenda, you (“the customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
- Bookings & Payments
• To confirm a booking, customers must pay 20% of the total amount in advance on the booking date.
• The balance payment (after deducting advance) must be paid on the activity date, after completion of the service.
• Payments can be made by:
• Cash or card at our office.
• Secure QR code payment (sent by us).
- Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity date will not be refunded.
• No-shows (without prior cancellation) are non-refundable.
- Customer Responsibilities
• Provide accurate details during booking (name, contact, travel info).
• Arrive at the meeting point on time.
• Follow safety instructions given by guides and drivers.
- Company Responsibilities
• Provide the services as described in the booking confirmation.
• Ensure licensed, safe, and professional drivers/guides.
• Handle customer data securely and confidentially.
- Liability
• Arugambay Agenda is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, political issues, or third-party service providers.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings during tours.
• We recommend customers obtain travel insurance for unforeseen events.
- Modifications
Arugambay Agenda reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
